About Kit Dale
Kit Dale is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt from Australia, a multiple-time national champion, and an outspoken advocate for using ecological training instead of rote drilling. Dales focus is on helping grapplers understand the "why" behind each movement so they can adapt in real-time instead of memorizing static techniques.
