Go Forth Athletes Rack Up Big Wins on the Competition Circuit

Posted by Aaron Lynde on

The past few weeks have been stacked with standout performances from our Go Forth athletes, and they didn’t just win. They dominated. From IBJJF’s Jiu-Jitsu Con in Las Vegas to Fuji events in the Midwest, these competitors showed what it means to Go Forth and conquer.

Faith Howard: Double Gold

Representing at Jiu-Jitsu Con in Las Vegas, Faith Howard proved once again that she's one of the most dangerous new purple belts in the game.

  • 🥇 Double Gold in No-Gi

  • 🥇 Gold in Gi (division)

  • 🥉 Bronze in Gi (absolute)

Blake Brown: Masterclass at Master 1 Worlds

Blake Brown stepped into his Master 1 Brown Belt division with a chip on his shoulder — and walked away with a flawless run.

  • 🥇 Gold with 4 matches, 4 submissions

  • 🧱 0 points or advantages conceded

This was domination from start to finish. No points scored against. No advantages. Just pure pressure and submission hunting.

Joey Zilla: Heel Hook Clinic at Fuji Fort Wayne

Joey “Zilla” Alexander took over the Fuji Fort Wayne event in style, going 5–0 with nothing but finishes:

  • 🥇 5 wins, 5 submissions

    • 2 Woj locks

    • 2 Outside heel hooks

    • 1 Aoki lock

These performances are exactly why we support the athletes we do. They represent discipline, creativity, and control under fire, everything we believe in at Go Forth.
